About the Role:

The Customer Success team is responsible for building and growing critical relationships with existing clients to ensure client retention and expand revenue.

The Account Manager will be the first to join our team in the US and will be responsible for working with our largest/strategic clients.

We now employ a team of more than 70 former portfolio managers, data scientists, analysts and engineers, with the goal of making the investment process simple, efficient and insightful.


What You’ll Do:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the EDS platform and apply it to clients’ requirements, industry challenges, and goals.

  • Create and implement a success plan for assigned clients, driving adoption, manage contract renewals and identifying expansion opportunities.

  • Manage a revenue target based on assigned clients and expansion opportunities.

  • Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from the Proof of Concept phase to the Client Contract.

  • Increase engagement of EDS across assigned clients through one-on-one and group training sessions, monthly updates on new enhancements, and product roadmap discussions.

  • Act as a client advocate, building strong working relationships as EDS relies on clients for referrals and references.


Desired Skills/Qualifications:

  • 3-8 years of experience in a client-facing role at a SaaS company.

  • Financial services experience is preferred

  • Candidates pursuing CFA/FRM is a plus

  • Experience with market data providers such as Bloomberg/S&P Global/Factset/LSEG (Refinitiv) preferred

  • Strong analytical skills and a consistent framework or process approach to problem-solving.

  • Technology knowledge that enables engagement and credibility with product groups within EDS and clients.

  • Possess an executive presence with excellent time management, prioritization, verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proven experience in building and improving client engagement strategies, demonstrated by improved client health, reference-ability, and platform adoption.

  • Ability to handle difficult personalities or situations, and demonstrate effective resolutions.

  • Proven ability to establish relationships with key influencers (internal and client) and to navigate and persuade all levels of an organization.

  • Independent, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
