About the Role:
This is a crucial role where you will take ownership of developing and managing innovative products that meet customer needs and align with business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to drive the product lifecycle from conception through launch and iteration. Experience in fintech is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Define product vision and strategy in collaboration with leadership and stakeholders, aligning with customer needs and business goals.
- Own the product roadmap and prioritize features based on business impact, technical constraints, and user feedback.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure successful delivery of product features, ensuring high quality and timely execution.
- Lead product discovery processes, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements.
- Use data to track product performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and guide decision-making.
- Continuously engage with users to gather feedback and iterate on the product for improvement.
- Mitigate risks, identify potential bottlenecks, and ensure successful product launches.
- Strong understanding of technology and ability to work with technical teams is highly preferred.
Desired Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from a reputable institute.
- 0-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology-driven company; experience in fintech is a plus but not required.
- Experience working with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects in a multi-time zone environment.
