Chris joined EDS in 2024 as Head of Design, where he leads the user experience design team. He came from TandemSeven, one of the first consultancies built around user experience, which merged with Rightpoint in 2019. As a Senior Interaction Designer, Chris led design and research for industry leading financial services and insurance clients, including a hypothetical trading platform for collateralized debt obligations. That work developed his specialization in complex products in regulated industries. Earlier, as Lead Product Designer at PreciBake, he ran end-to-end design for the company’s cloud-based smart oven platform and an oven manufacturer’s touchscreen controls, both interfaces for AI-based oven technology. Chris holds a B.A. in Fine Arts with a Psychology Minor from Saint Michael’s College, completed General Assembly’s User Experience Design Immersive in 2014, and earned the Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC) credential from the International Association of Accessibility Professionals.
