About the Role:
This is a critical role where you will be responsible for the success of client implementations. This includes being the primary point of contact for the client, understanding client requirements and configuring solutions on the EDS platform. You will also be responsible for setting up the deliverable guidelines and communicating any roadblocks to customer success.
Primary point of contact for the client (generally a Portfolio Manager / Analyst, Trader, Risk Manager)
Understand pain points and help define the Proof of Concept Statements of Work. This will require being well versed with the EDS platform products and workflows.
Set project scope and schedule in close collaboration with the Senior & Junior Client Quants and Client Success.
Update and maintain the Mutual Activity Plan for each client implementation, present to the client and internally; address any potential project delays with customer success.
Monitor project timelines and milestones and collaborate with client quants and customer success to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.
Experience working in investment finance or at FactSet, MSCI or other financial data vendors for 5+ years.
Strong knowledge of technology is preferred
CFA charter/working towards the CFA charter is preferred
Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing priorities.
Basic Proficiency with JIRA is preferred
