Senior Associate – Customer Success

What You’ll Do:

We are looking for a Customer Success Associate to join our growing team. The Customer Success Associate plays an integral part in supporting our clients through their life cycle. The CSA is responsible for onboarding/ training, support, production education, establishing best practices and making sure clients are happy to serve as references for future opportunities.


 

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Become an expert on the EDS platform
  2. Onboard/ train new users and help with rolling out EDS after go live
  3. Respond to and manage all support tixs – 1st class support
  4. Meet with clients frequently to ensure EDS meets their ongoing needs
  5. Communicate to clients upcoming product enhancements
  6. Develop and maintain strong, active relationships with key decision makers
  7. Monitor engagement and track low usage users
  8. Help improve client documentation and our help center

 

Who You Are:

  1. ​Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience
  2. Strong experience in a client management, customer success, support or account management role at a financial services / technology company (ie FactSet, MSCI, Enfusion, S&P, etc).
  3. Strong understanding of investment management workflows and operations
  4. Client facing experience
  5. Excellent writing and verbal communication skill
  6. Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively
