TechOps Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a TechOps Engineering manager to join our team. As a TechOps engineering manager you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing our security solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. You will be responsible for the technical design, building and maintaining IT systems and services including monitoring networks, troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing infrastructure, and identifying/responding to security risks.
2. Experience with Windows, MacOS, Office 365, Azure, AWS, Google Workspace.
3. Conduct system audits of technologies implemented.
4. Preserve assets by implementing disaster recovery and backup procedures and information security and control structures.
5. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
6. Machine and software inventory management
7. You will be in charge of monitoring infrastructures costs and generate monthly reports
8. You will also be responsible for onboarding/offboarding employees.

Desired Skills / Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of related experience.
2. Familiarity with modern endpoint management, Enterprise Mobility + Security, and security best practices.
3. Experience with Microsoft 365/azure.
4. Certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP, AICPA, ETA, ​​Microsoft, AWS) preferred.
5. AWS experiences preferred.
6. Google Workspace experiences preferred.
7. IT/Help Desk experience.
8. Bonus points if you have DevOps experience
